7 :00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Coaches/Managers Party, Holiday Inn Express.  Team Coaches, Managers, and spouses are invited to the Holiday Inn Express from 7-10 on Friday night for complimentary food and beverages.  At 8:00 there will be a meeting and registration with a Q&A session following.

Saturday, December 27

7:30 a.m. - Team Check-in, Bemidji State University John Glas Fieldhouse. Those teams unable to check in  during the coaches/managers party on Friday night need to check in at BSU John Glas Fieldhouse.

TBD a.m. - Opening Ceremonies.  Held at Bemidji State University John Glas Fieldhouse.  All teams must report by 8:00 with skates and jerseys, and will be given instructions as to procedures upon arrival.  Opening ceremonies includes the parade of teams and special guest speakers!

Root Beer Float Social.  Immediately following the Opening Ceremonies will be the Root Beer Float Social in the John Glas Fieldhouse Commons.  Take time to get to know some new people, enjoy a free Root Beer Float, and look at the Bemidji State University Hockey Trophy Case, home to 13 National Championships. All teams and fans are invited!

Sunday, December 28

8:30 a.m. - 10:15 p.m. - Scheduled games

TBD - Spaghetti Dinner and Curling! Enjoy a spaghetti dinner and a chance for the teams to try curling. All teams and fans are invited. Players, coaches, and team managers (anyone with a bag
tag) eats free. Cost: Adults $6, Children 5-12 $3, Under 5 is free. Curling Club is locate at the Neilson Reise Arena (City Rink), 23rd and Ash Avenue.
